Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Yehya and Rakkan made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in and made sure all our requests were immediately met. The room was incredibly spacious and fit 3 people very comfortably. The food quality was excellent. All staff we came into contact with with friendly, attentive and knowledgable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, welcoming and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent too.

The staff were amazing , they were professional ,helpful kind worm and very friendly! They went out of their way to please us ! Excellent service definitely would recommend people to stay at this hotel! Food was delicious! Room was amazing as they upgraded us to a diplomatic suite we had booked a junior suite it was fabulous! Thank you so much to all the staff 🙏🏻 Also they have an excellent gym !

I would give the staff 10/10 , however , the place itself felt too under pressure with no air flow, if the windows just opened a little bit more wouldve been better, air conditioner would not cool down at all even with it being on the lowest setting, the towels were clean and everything however there was the tiniest bit of smell which i hated but its okay because overall it was a great experience.

The attractive view, despite the elevated location more than I expected, added a distinctive character, and the collaboration and excellent hospitality of the staff is wonderful. Everyone is in their appropriate place, which clearly reflects the organized work mechanism that creates a calm, tidy, and organized atmosphere. Thank you, it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed with a friend at Sheraton, the hotel facility is great and the check in was very smooth Lara at the reception gave us a nice room, we enjoyed the pool as well Hamza at the pool was very helpful and he helped us with recommendations as well he took care of us while we are at the pool 👍… i highly recommend the hotel
